Cancelling an Amazon Order is Quick and Easy
To get started, head to your Amazon orders page on the web or in the Amazon app. Find the order you wish to return. Once you've located the order, click on it to view its details. On the order details page, you will see a section titled "Items in this order." Below each item, you will see a "Cancel" button. Click on the "Cancel" button for any item that you wish to remove from the order.
To cancel the entire order, select all of the items in the order and click on the "Cancel Order" button.
Once you have cancelled the order, you will receive a confirmation email from Amazon. The email will provide you with a refund for any items that you cancelled. The refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.
Please note that you can only cancel an order if it has not yet been shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, you will need to contact Amazon customer service to request a refund.
